Original piece by Mark Jenkins that the collaboration was based on
A collaboration with the artist Mark Jenkins during my time at Uniqueboard. I sculpted the piece digitally based on Mark's direction and engineered the connections between the various separate parts so that they could be painted individually and easily assembled. There were several challenges along the way when it came to interpreting the piece as a smaller resin sculpture. Various details and sculptural elements had to be adjusted to be feasible with 3D printing.
