Parry - collaboration with Joseph Lee

This collaboration with Parry involved my interpretation of the original painting but with a changes to the body, hair and paint pattern. The challenge was to interpret Joseph's painterly style for both the impasto strokes and the anatomy, but in different ways to maintain the interesting contrast between the two when seen in sculpture form. I also prepared it for 3D printing. The 3D print was produced with the face, hair and clothing as separate resin 3D prints (then painted solid colors separately). The paint strokes were 3D printed using full color 3D printing separately as well. UniqueBoard handled the printing and assembly.
